Student E-mail Information

All students will receive an email account through the school district. It is intended as an educational tool for the students and will have limited “outside” access.

  • Your new school email address is: xxxxx@d204.org (xxxxxx = your 5 or 7-digit ID Number)
  • Your password is = (Your current computer password) DO NOT SHARE THIS INFO WITH OTHER STUDENTS!

The web site to access your account is http://studentmail.d204.org It will be linked from the splash page as well as from the main NVHS page.

Important Information

  • You can only receive emails from d204.org, ipsd.org and turnitin.com, and ACT.org addresses.
  • If you need to send yourself something from home, use the school site…not your home email account…all other domains will be blocked.
  • Parents can access the email account using the student login and password. Students can use this account from home to email themselves or teachers. Any outside email addresses will be blocked to maintain this email for educational purposes. (So, if you wish to email your son/daughter through this system, you will need to login as them at this site.)
